Washing Windows
Yes, you can buy a lot of products that swear they get your windows as clean as can be, but you don`t need any of that. This is the best and cheapest way to wash windows.
Get a bucket. Put in one cup of vinegar (white, not cider vinegar) and six cups of warm water. This is your solution.
To wash windows, use a clean dishrag. Wring it out so it`s not dripping, and wash the window. Rinse the rag in the bucket and wring and wash again.
Then use a dishtowel to dry the window. Use flour sack towels or all cotton waffle weave towels since they are “lint free.”
It`s as simple
as that. (And yes, it is true that it will rain if you wash windows, but
you will want them to be clean, so you can`t use that as an excuse not to
wash them).
